This is a Denny Rickards pattern that represents a callibaetis nymph. It is very effective on Hebgen Lake is August. I have done well with this fly using a clear sinking line and doing a slow strip retrieve. Natural is the most popular color, but olive and peacock are also fish producers. The peacock color works well in deeper water.
