  • Hook: TMC 5263 #6 to #12
  • Thread: 140 brown
  • Tail: Rusty brown marabou and copper krystal flash
  • Body: Rust brown mohair plus and river green lite brite
  • Over Wing: Olive krystal flash

About

The California leech is a mohair style pattern with added flash. Commonly, used on Henry’s Lake, but also very effective on other lakes in the area like Cliff and Wade.
