MFC Hogan’s Red-Headed Step Child

This is a step child you do want, fish like red, and this fly has lots of red. I remember a few years ago, this fly was the hottest fly off of Targee creek on Henry’s Lake. Fished in shallow water, two feet, and stripped very slow.
