Gun Metal Chrionomid

The body of this chironomid is a gun metal color matching the color of an actual chrionomid as it is ascending to the surface, once at the surface it emerges. The shiny body of this fly looks like the air that the chrionomid fills its body with just prior to rising to the surface.
