Arrick’s Sparkle Diptera Midge

First tied for the San Juan river in New Mexico, to imitate the midge pupa. Any time there are midges hatching this is a very effective pattern. In the Spring we get midges hatching on the warmer days, as a dropper this fly matches the midge pupas drifting in the current. most of the time i am using the no bead version.
